Hire, develop and staff a team of employees ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.
Ensure team Adheres to standards while delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
Order all products and supplies as needed while maintaining proper inventory and profitability.
Responsible for cash in safe, cash in drawers, and all cash collected from sales. Daily Reconciliation
Responsible for managing accuracy of sales for all shifts; review sales by shift, item deletions, refunds, etc., to ensure all employees are handling cash properly and accounting for all sales in the POS.
Reviewing and reconciling daily financials; compiling data weekly for collection by GM.
Manage payroll, scheduling and maintain employee records and documentation.
Submit reports and weekly paperwork/payroll to GM as instructed.
Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and address issues with the team.
Participate in marketing calls/manager meetings and communicate effectively with your team
Perform all assigned tasks and responsibilities and follow instruction/guidance as directed by GM.
Maintain food safety documentation and conduct inspections/calibrations of equipment.
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of entire restaurant. (ServSafe & Allergen Certification Required)
Successfully complete manager certification through Dunkin On-line University.
Participate in required company training sessions and meetings.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have transportation to be able to travel to the bank daily.

This job operates in a fast food service/kitchen environment which routinely uses brewers, ovens, sinks, & cleaning detergents/solutions. Cleaning responsibilities may include sweeping and mopping floors, walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, dining area, disposing trash, cleaning restrooms and sweeping the parking lot and restaurant exterior.
