Shift Leader

Greet customers with a SMILE, take, make and present food/beverage orders, request and receive payment, operate the cash register.

Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.

Adhere to company and Brand standards while delivering quality food and beverage to each guest. 

Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.

Be dependable by following the schedule and arriving to work on time and ready.

Participate in training and support the training of other team members.

Follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, restaurant safety and security. Comply with restaurant, brand and franchisee policies along with direction given by management.

Lead by example and maintain accountability from crew as directed by Manager.

Assist manager with all assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications/Physical Job Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. 

Maintain good communication with the manager and team, treating others with respect. Respond positively to feedback and directions given.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.

Must have the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and temperament to interact professionally. 

This job operates in a fast food service/kitchen environment. which routinely uses brewers, ovens, sinks, & cleaning detergents/solutions. Cleaning responsibilities may include sweeping and mopping floors, walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, dining area, disposing trash, cleaning restrooms and sweeping the parking lot and restaurant exterior.
